When people think of a BBQ at someone’s home, they think of hamburgers, hotdogs, a grill… etc. Which is true …. but when I think of a BBQ, I think of the APPETIZERS! I absolutely love a good cheese (who doesn’t) and a lot of wine as my appetizer choice. So on our way to a BBQ we decided to visit The Cheese Plate in New Paltz, NY to grab something to bring.
